Wow!!!

So, this is pretty darn exciting. Today I had another AMAZING First Place class, but as far was the weight loss...I was just blown away. To recap I only lost 1 pound last week, so I figured if I lost a pound or two this week it would be pretty cool. Oh no, I got on the scale and was down 4 pounds!!!! That is a total of 58 pounds GONE!!! I just can hardly contain my excitment. I can't believe what God is allowing to happen right now. I feel like he is trying to get me ready for the holidays. I just can't see myself going back to my normal bad holiday habits with God clearly changing me.

Father God there are no words to express how excited I am for this weeks weight loss. You are good and you are being so faithful to continue a good work in me! I pray that you will use the changes in me to encourage others. Please use me Lord to do your will and to please you in all I say and do! Thy will be done Lord, and really thank you so, so much!!!! Amen

So, if you were wondering my current weight is 185lbs. 2 more pounds and I will be at the weight I was at my first Dr. appointment with Alaina...WOW!!! And I just got an e-mail from a gal I have never even meet who is interested in starting one of my Zumba classes. She found me on Zumba.com and she wanted more info. God is a crazy guy, and He is doing some very cool things in my life right now...Thank you again God!!!
