Okay, I'm a little slow this week, but at least I have good news. I checked my weight yesturday and I'm so happy. I already lost 5lbs! Now I haven't been perfect. Giving up chocolate (specifically candy,) has been difficult and I have a disturbing weakness for coke slurpees, but I am making good progress. Anyway, how about something a little more interesting. My goals.
My first goal is to loss 15lbs by September 1st and I feel that goal is well within my reach. My next one is to loss another 15lbs by November 15th. Which will have my weight at 209. And since I don't know what the holidays will be like, or how emotional I am going to be, I am just going to pray that somehow God helps me to be diligent enough to get down to 200 by January 1. The next goal is to reach my goal weight. At David and my wedding I honestly weighted right around 170lbs. I want to surpass that. My goal weight is 150lbs.
That really isn't that much weigth. It is only 89lbs. And if I lose 6-10lbs a month than I should be more then able to be get down to my healthy weight of 150, by my 25th birthday (June 5th, 2009.) So that is my hope, my plan, my prayer. I know it is going to take hard work and diligence and I'm fine with that. I need and want to be healthy for my kids. Besides if God grants me the patience and ability to do this then I am going to definately reward myself a little. If I reach my goal on or before my birthday then I am going to have a $500.00 shopping spree! I am going to start putting money aside now because I really believe I am going to reach my goal. I'm certainly going to try anyway. Thanks for reading this. I'm sorry if it is boring. It is terribly important to me though! God bless all!
This is my blog for me to get healthy. I hope it can encourage others and be a testament to what God can do when you let Him be in control!. My new goal lose the last 4 pounds and look amazing in my wedding dress on Feb. 26th, 2011!!!
